COMING IN THE SPRING
"Live Awhile in My
Community" - - - there's more to this than
meets the eye. A good Resident Relations program increases Resident
Retention, decreases the need for litigation and legislation, and makes life
better for everyone! How can you do better at Resident Relations?
What all is involved in a successful Resident Relations program? If you
don't have such a program now, how do you start? How do you gauge the
effectiveness of the time invested and dollars spent on this type of
program? An intriguing look from both sides of the desk. All of
these questions and more will be addressed in this 8 ½ x 11, three-hole punched
book. Every Community Manager and Owner needs this handy reference
regardless of the size of your community.
"Promoting Your
Community" - - How do you as a
Community Manager or Owner best go about using these tools for promoting your
community? How can you make your advertising stand out in today's world of
classified small print without spending a fortune? Are your marketing
materials coordinated? Are you taking advantage of all eleven marketing
areas for the best bang for your buck? Do you get your fair share of
positive Public Relations (free press)? This 8 ½ x 11, three-hole punched
publication is loaded with previously proven tips and lots of real samples that
really work plus great new ideas.
COMING IN THE
SUMMER
"Community
Management Forms" - - - finally, the answer
to a Community Manager's prayer for usable, decent forms has been heard!
This book is jam-packed with form letters (and report formats) you can copy
directly onto your letterhead and use every day. The exact form you want
can easily be found in one of the divided sections: delinquency
collection, water meter installation and conversion, pool situations, Guidelines
violations, information request, and several other areas. One of the most
useful areas is the suggested "lead-in" section. In this section, a
Community Manager can find the beginning paragraph and ending paragraphs to help
them write that difficult letter to a Resident about most any topic under the
sun. it is sometimes extremely hard to begin a rent increase letter, for
example. There are several suggestions here, and that's only the
beginning. This 8 ½ x 11, three-hold punched book is a must-have for
new Community Managers as well as those with years of experience.
"Professional
Operating Procedures" - - - This "how-to"
book walks you through the process of creating a community specific operations
manual. The steps as outlined in the popular Accredited Community Manager
(ACM) course are used as the basis. And, position descriptions
specifically for the manufactured housing community operation are
included. And - to make it easier to write your own Professional Operating
Procedures Manual - this popular book will be available on disk as well as in an
8 ½ x 11 three-hole punched format.
COMING IN THE
FALL
"So You Want to
Write a Newsletter ..." - - - if you're
the one in charge of writing the newsletters for your community, this 8 ½ x 11,
three-hole punched book will guide you step by step from the title to the
closing of a successful publication. You'll learn what should be included
and what should not; how to lay it out for maximum eye-appeal; when to use
graphics and different font styles; how to make sure your Residents will read
every word you write; and tons more practical information. This
publication is loaded with literally hundreds of samples of dos and don'ts to
make your life easier.
